helpful explanation vintage vibe maintained hotel professional staff
The front desk staff, especially Yashica, was professional. She gave helpful explanations of the amenities . The vintage vibes of the hotel are beautiful! I found the hotel to be well-kept.
The usher service lacked care. They seemed to prioritize expensive vehicles over other guests.

The servers at the lounge. Aditya, Ruby and Moin were polite and caring. The team at the lounge, I thought. Housekeeping and the breakfast team performed superbly, too.

I had lunch and tried the famous Thali. I also sampled other ala carte dishes and the food was excellent. Swapna Gloria Punit and Jagdish served me very well. Such a treat!

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. My server Rachana was helpful when introducing me to South Indian breakfast items. Rachana was friendly and she had a professional attitude.
The room smelled bad, even after staff sprayed air fresheners! The smell returned after a short time. I took a shower. The hot water stopped unexpectedly, and I had to call reception.

I found the lounge servers, Aditya, Ruby, and Moin, very polite and caring. The housekeeping service was quick! and the breakfast team did a great job too. The front desk staff, Yashica, was professional and helpful with explaining the amenities! with details for my stay.

I really enjoyed the food! I thought the food was delicious, particularly the thali. The chefs adapted the dishes so that they were not too spicy, which I thought was considerate, so I ate everything.

The room was beautifully maintained, offering a space to relax and unwind. The amenities were good, and the attention to detail created a very pleasant environment, though the room was not so big. It was a great room
